Reviews
This popular repertoire book makes a wonderful addition to the 3A level series from Piano Adventures. The songs contained in the book are well known and fun to play (and hear). They really make great piano recital pieces. This book is also an excellent graduation book from level 3A before moving into 3B. It makes for a great review of all the things learned in this level. Level 3A is quite a jump from 2B, but not so drastic that it is too difficult. It is just enough to challenge and strengthen one's skills and abilities while adding to them and making it exciting. At this level you really start to feel like you are transitioning from the simple piano pieces to songs with more depth. Level 3A covers the 7th, 3/8 and 6/8, the triplet, more ledger lines, the chromatic scale, the D major scale, and one-octave arpeggios.
